This full size heater proofer has a proof/humidity mode up to 100% with a heat mode maximum temperature up to 185°F. The unit comes with corner bumpers that provide protection to the heavy duty construction. The full size heater proofer holds (36) 18 x 26 pans. The controls are accessible without opening the cabinet door with easy-to-read real time LED thermometer display. The full size heater proofer is easy to maneuver on 5" polyurethane casters.
