The Expressly HUBERT biscuit elevator prevents biscuits from drying out and becoming hard, as well as prevents them from getting soggy. This insert lifts biscuits preventing them from sitting on the bottom of the pan and getting hard. The biscuit elevator also features holes to keep moisture away to prevent biscuits from getting soggy. Constructed from durable stainless steel that can be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
