Waiting is the hardest part, so we won’t make you do it. All in-stock parts ship same day until 9PM ET, Monday-Friday and until 4PM ET on Saturdays for online air orders. You work late hours, so we do, too. We’re here to help until 9PM ET.

What will happen to the email addresses that I currently email?
Those emails will be forwarded to Parts Town email addresses. Team members that you work with will share their new email addresses with you soon! How should I place an order with you?
Orders can be placed any way you like either online at partstown.com, by phone or by email.
What happens with my website login that I had on the Heritageparts.com website?
For existing Parts Town customers that purchased from Parts Town and Heritage – please use your login and password for partstown.com for future purchases at partstown.com. For customers that are new to Parts Town, you may be asked to setup a new account at partstown.com when you make your first purchase at partstown.com.

Where is my order coming from?
Orders will ship from our distribution center located in Addison, IL. We’ve combined our inventories into one spectacular distribution center so you can get real parts even faster.
How do I handle a return for an item that I purchased from Heritage Parts?
For existing orders, we will continue to honor our 90 day return policy and process these through our Heritage Parts system along with the credit. Please follow the return instructions on the form that will be provided.
What happens with my open invoices/statements?
For any open invoices or statements from orders/returns originally placed with Heritage Parts will continue to be managed by this team. Please continue to remit payment based on the open invoices/statements that you have received.
