The Adjustable perforated elevator was first designed to break out of using traditional food pans in salad bars. Each riser has a perforated base to allow for use with ice while also allowing cold air to circulate. Depending on your vessels height, the elevator can easily adjust from 3" to 6" high, adding the perfect amount of height. Use the elevator to break out of the norm and get creative with straight sided pans or other vessels of your choice to create a new and unique salad bar. There are no limits with the adjustable elevator, since you have the freedom of using any vessel you choose.
