The vessel adds color to food displays while retaining the superior performance and durability of stainless steel. The round double wall bowl's insulation helps maintain temperature in hot or cold applications, and also helps decrease condensation. The vivid blue color works especially well in seafood displays. Also available are unique incline bowls, sold separately, that allow the customer to view the contents more easily. The round double wall bowl is safe to use in a hot case, and can be easily cleaned in a dishwasher.
