Fetco Coffee Brewer Programming

Fetco brewers add convenience and quality to your commercial foodservice space. From offices to convenience stores to restaurants and more, these units make the coffee brewing process simple and easy. These instructions are for the Fetco EXTRACTOR Coffee Brewer line, the CBS-2000e Series.
Programming Mode
- Step 1—Turn off the brewer by pressing the main power switch behind the front leg of the unit.
- Step 2—Turn the brewer back on. The display will show the last two digits of the model number, then it will show “S t b.”
- Step 3—Quickly press and hold the STOP button for approximately 3 seconds. The display will then read “P r G.”
- Step 4—The display will then show the name of the version of software that’s programmed in your unit.
- Step 5—Press the STOP button to start the programming process.
- NOTE—If you press the wrong button, turn off the power and go through Steps 1-5 again.
Programming Batch Settings
- Step 1—Follow the batch numbers that are shown on the unit. The batch number will be dependent on the model
- Step 2—The first batch number that’s displayed is the brew volume. To adjust, use the SCROLL UP and SCROLL DOWN buttons.
- Step 3—When you’ve input the desired time, press the STOP button to move on to the next setting: brew time.
- Step 4—Repeat Steps 2-3 to input the rest of the batch settings.
- Step 5—Start the programming process for batch #2. Change to ON to begin and program as you did before.
- NOTE—Once you’re done programming, press the HOT WATER button to save your settings and exit programming mode. Your changes will be lost otherwise.
- Step 6—Once all batches have been programmed, begin programming the temperature settings. Temperature settings can be found for your exact model in your User’s Manual.
