Looking for tips on how to troubleshoot your Atosa unit? Though each model is crafted for greatness, it’s common to have a few issues as the unit gets older and used more often. Follow these Atosa refrigeration troubleshooting tips to get it back up and running like new.

Atosa Refrigeration Troubleshooting: Common Issues

The Unit Doesn’t Operate

  • Make sure the plug has been correctly inserted into the socket.
  • Check that the power supply cord is not damaged.

The Unit Doesn’t Reach the Desired Temperature

  • Check that the command switch is turned on.
  • Check that the thermostat range is correctly regulated.
  • Make sure the unit isn’t in the defrosting phase or post-defrosting phase.
  • Check that the evaporator isn’t covered with frost.
  • Check that the condenser is not blocked with dust.
  • Make sure the unit isn’t located near heat sources or its condensing unit has uninterrupted air flow.
  • Make sure stored foods or other objects don’t inhibit the door from closing.
  • Make sure the unit isn’t overloaded with product or stocked in a way that prevents proper air circulation.

The Unit is Leaking Water

  • Check that the water pan isn’t damaged.
  • Check that the discharge outlets aren’t blocked.
  • Check that the unit is properly leveled.

The Unit is Noisy

  • Check that the frame doesn’t have loose screws or bolts.
  • Make sure the unit is in a stable position and is leveled properly.
