General Note

Pressing the cancel button or turning the power off at the breaker for 5 minutes should clear the error code, and the dishwasher can be restarted. If the code isn’t cleared after this, contact an authorized service technician.

User Code: CLOSE

Problem

The door has been left open or isn’t properly latched.

Solution

Make sure the door is closed and latched.

Error Code: i10 / E10

Problem

Dishwasher has been filled too low.

Solution

Check for a pinched water line. If the water line looks fine, the problem may be caused by the water shutoff not being fully open.

Error Code: i20, i40 or iF0 / E20, E40 OR EF0

Problem

Restricted drain lines or clogged filters.

Solutions

  • Check both filters and clean if needed.
  • Check for a blocked or pinched drain hose.
  • Check that the knockout plug has been removed if the drain line is attached to a disposer.

Error Code: i30 / E30

Error Code: i50 / E50

There’s an issue with the wash or drain motor.

Solution

Press the cancel button or turn the power off at the breaker for 5 minutes. This should clear the error code, and the dishwasher can be restarted. If the code isn’t cleared after this, contact an authorized service technician.

Error Code: i60 / E60

Problem

There’s an issue with the water heating system.
