How Do I Program an AccuTemp Evolution Steamer?
How Do I Enter Program Mode?
To enter program mode, simultaneously press and hold the down arrow and TEMP display buttons for 8 seconds. The Hrs LED should blink and the display should show a hold temp number.
Adjusting the HOLD Temperature
- Step 1 - Enter into program mode on the unit.
- Step 2 - To change the holding temperature, press the Cook/Hold button to increase or Temp Display to decrease.
- Step 3 - Press the Timer button to save any changes.
Adjusting the TIMER Setting
- Step 1 - Enter into program mode on the unit.
- Step 2 - Press the up arrow once to access the ‘default timer value = hours’.
- Step 3 - Press the Cook/Hold button to increase or Temp Display to decrease the number of hours.
- Step 4 - Press the up arrow again to access the ‘default timer value = minutes’.
- Step 5 - Press the Cook/Hold button to increase or Temp Display to decrease the number of minutes.
- Step 6 - Press the Timer button to save any changes.
