How to Program a Lang Oven

Set up your oven to be prepared for whatever you throw at it. When you’re ready to get started with your Lang oven programming, follow these steps:

  • Step 1. Turn on the power switch. If the oven is already on, press CANCEL.
  • Step 2. Select TIME/DATE/PROGRAM.
  • Step 3. Select PROGRAM COMPUTER.
  • Step 4. Enter the Lang oven access code using the up and down arrows. The code is A B C D E F.
  • Step 5. Select PROGRAM PRODUCTS.
  • Step 6. Select CREATE A NEW PRODUCT.
  • Step 7. Use the up and down arrows to select a product icon then press ENTER to move onto the next screen.
  • Step 8. Use the up and down arrows to select the product name then press ENTER to go to the next screen.
  • Step 9. Once on the SELECT PRODUCT TEMPERATURE screen, use the up and down arrows to choose a number. Select the ENTER button to change the other numbers until finished.
  • Step 10. Next, choose the tier cook time. The time is entered in hours:minutes:seconds. Change these individually by pressing ENTER to select the time slot and change the numbers with the up and down arrows.
  • Step 11. Use the up and down arrows to select the cooking curve and select ENTER to move to the next space.
  • Step 12. The default fan setting is HIGH. To change this, use the up and down arrows to select the fan speed you want and press ENTER or ACCEPT to confirm.
  • Step 13. Choose the PULSE RATE. 100% is the default. If this is okay, press ACCEPT. If not, use the up and down arrows to select the pulse rate you want.
  • Step 14. Confirm that the details are correct then select YES to move to the next screen. If you need to change something, select NO and you will return to step 7.
  • Step 15. On this screen you can continue to the next tier or you can end the programming by choosing ENTER or ACCEPT. If you select YES, you’ll be able to enter another tier to the program by completing steps 6-14 again for the second tier.
  • Step 16. Once you have your programming settings completed, select NO when asked to CONTINUE TO NEXT TIER. 
  • Step 17. Preheat the oven for your program.
  • Step 18. Select RUN THE OVEN to get started.
