How to Clean a Proluxe DoughPro Dough Press

Cleaning a Proluxe dough press should be done daily.

  • Step 1. Turn off the unit on the controller.
  • Step 2. Unplug the unit’s power cord. 
  • Step 3. Use warm, soapy water and a sponge or soft cloth to clean the unit’s exterior.
  • Step 4. Rinse and dry the exterior with separate cloths. 
  • Step 5. Use warm, soapy water and a sponge or soft cloth to clean the platens.

Step 6. Rinse and dry the platens with separate cloths.
