  • Turn unit off and on

Error 186 - Steam Boiler: Level 



Error 188 - Heating Error: Steam Boiler Over Temperature


  • Turn off and unplug additional coffee machine 
  • If problem persists, contact an authorized service technician


Error 189 - Steam Boiler: Heating Timer Error


  • Turn unit off and on
  • Clean milk system by hand 
  • If problem persists, contact an authorized service technician


Error 9083 - Cooler Temperature is in the Frost Range



Error 9516 & 9517 - Right & Left Grinder Blocked


  • Turn off and unplug unit 
  • Remove lid and empty beans from hopper
  • Insert grinder multitool into both pins to rotate grinding disk counterclockwise 
  • Return lid and beans to hopper
