Server Hot Fudge Pump Assembly Instructions

A hot fudge sundae isn’t complete without the hot fudge. Assemble your Server hot fudge pump assembly correctly and ensure it works without leaks with our short guide below. With five simple steps you can get the pump ready to serve fudge and have sundaes ready to go.

Assembly Instructions

Make sure you remove all the parts from any packaging before starting.

  • Step 1. Insert gasket - Insert the gasket into the valve body and twist the cylinder into place.
  • Step 2. Install discharge tube - Insert the discharge tube and twist into place in the other end of the valve body.
  • Step 3. Attach lid - Slide the lid over the discharge tube.
  • Step 4. Install piston assembly - Add lube to the piston gasket, then insert it into the cylinder. Tight the locking collar to secure it.
  • Step 5. Screw on tube nut - Slide the discharge tube nut onto the discharge tube and tighten it into place. Your pump assembly should be ready to go now.
