Server Pump Troubleshooting Procedures
Problem with Pumping or Flow of Product
Clean the pump thoroughly to ensure proper product flow.
Pump Dispenses Little or No Product
The product being dispensed may be too thick or stiff and it cannot pass through the pump.
Portion Control is Inconsistent
Check out the gaging collar for any damage, and make sure that it’s properly installed.
Pump Plunger Doesn’t Return to the top of Stroke After Dispensing
Inspect the spring in the pump for any damage, and make sure it isn’t bent or broken. If so, replace the spring.
