Antunes Egg Station Isn’t Working and Control Panel Isn’t Lighting Up

Antunes Egg Station Not Cooking Properly

Refrigerated eggs are being used and either TIME 1 (Standard) or “Folded” (Dual Zone) button is pressed | Use TIME 2 (Standard) or “Round” on refrigerated or shelled eggs |
Using room temperature eggs with TIME 2 button selected (Standard) “Round” button pressed when cooking folded eggs (Dual Zone) | Use TIME 1 (Standard) or “Folded” (Dual Zone) when using room temperature eggs or folded eggs |
Not enough water in the trough | Fill the trough with water before starting time cycle |

Unit isn’t signaling “Bacon” or “Ready” (for Standard Models)

Green LED Blink Codes for Standard Egg Station
Number of LED Blinks | Cause(s) | Solution |
Blinks on and off 1 time, pauses 2 seconds, repeats pattern | Control board EEPROM memory is corrupted | Unit turns off the control signal to Solid State Relay and disables all front lights and buttons. Unit won’t heat up until defaults are reloaded into memory. Reload defaults by turning unit off, then pressing and holding the TIME 2 button, turn unit on and then release button. |
Blinks on and off 2 times, pauses 2 seconds, repeats pattern | Ambient temperature inside control compartment has exceeded 155° F | Check that there’s proper air ventilation around unit and that unit isn’t around a significant heat source. Allow unit to cool so internal ambient temperature drops below 140° F, and unit is turned off and back on again. |
Blinks on and off 3 times, pauses for 2 seconds, repeats pattern | Disconnected or open thermocouple | Have thermocouple reconnected or replaced, then turn unit off and back on. |
Blinks on and off 4 times, pauses for 2 seconds, repeats pattern | Voltage supply to unit is below 160 VAC or above 265 VAC | Have the supply voltage reset to within the proper limits, and turn the unit off and back on. |
Blinks on and off 5 times, pauses for 2 seconds, repeats pattern | Lost signal to 50/60Hz due to an open harness wire or disconnected harness wire on AC Isolator Board OR from AC Isolator Board to the Control Board | Have the Hz signal reapplied, and turn unit back off and on. |
