Products Don’t Maintain Temperature

Solutions
The products are displayed when equipment temperature is too low.
Turn up the heat. It’s beneficial for products to be served hot so the unit must be heated properly.
Temperature is being affected by broken seals or nearby AC units.
Relocate the unit to a spot away from a drafty window and be sure to check seals on the doors.
Recipe was incorrectly selected.
Using the unit’s interface, double check the recipe selection.
Unit isn’t heating up.
