There’s no need to be afraid of the new light displaying on the ice maker. This code is meant to inform operators and technicians if the unit needs servicing or maintenance so you don’t have to try and guess. The following steps are applicable to 7 and 15 series models, such as 15CI100A and 7CI100A.

The machine is in cleaning mode and cannot be used

Press and immediately release the maintenance/clean switch to end cleaning mode and begin normal operations

The drip tray is full

Let the drip tray drain via the drain line or remove it to empty the water at a sink
