Newco Coffee Maker Instructions

This guide will cover brewing procedures for Newco units such as the FC series, K series and Cafe 98 Barista series. 

How to Use a Newco FC Series Coffee Maker

1. Place a filter into the brew basket.
2. Add coffee grounds into the filter.
   1. Note: Consult your unit’s manual for the proper amount of coffee grounds to add.
3. Slide the brew basket into its holder on the coffee maker.
4. Put an empty coffee decanter under the coffee dispensing spout. 
   1. Note: If you are using an airpot be sure to first open the lid and remove the pump system from it.
5. Depending on your brewer, turn on either the LOWER WARMER switch or the POWER switch. 
6. Press the BREW START switch to begin brewing. Coffee should begin dispensing shortly after. 

Newco K Series Coffee Maker Instructions

1. Place a filter into the brew basket.
2. Add coffee grounds into the filter.
   1. Note: Consult your unit’s manual for the proper amount of coffee grounds to add.
3. Slide the brew basket into its holder on the coffee maker.
4. Put an empty coffee decanter on a warmer under the dispensing spout.
   1. Note: If you are using an airpot be sure to first open the lid and remove the pump system from it.
5. Switch the corresponding warmer switch to ON.
6. Pour water into the pour-in screen so it goes into the pour-in basin. Coffee should begin dispensing shortly after.
   1. Note: Consult your unit’s manual for the proper amount of water to add.

How to Use a Newco Cafe 98 Barista Series Coffee Maker

1. Place a filter into the brew basket.
2. Add coffee grounds into the filter.
   1. Note: Consult your unit’s manual for the proper amount of coffee grounds to add.
3. Slide the brew basket into its holder on the coffee maker.
4. Put an empty coffee decanter on a warmer under the dispensing spout.
   1. Note: If you are using an airpot be sure to first open the lid and remove the pump system from it.
5. Select a desired beverage volume switch.
6. The unit will beep once the brewing cycle is completed.
   1. Note: It will only beep if the feature is enabled.
